Thies, I think that's a cool jacket. Should be easy to wear, too? Is it blanket lined? Scratchy?

Aerodrome is Speyer, Germany, awesome Aviation Museum with a breathtaking Space Collection. Charlie Duke was there not too long ago.

They also have a sister museum at Sinsheim, 45 klicks away, if you want to do Air/ Space and ground warfare binging in one day. In Speyer they have the BURAN space shuttle Prototype. And about 600 NASA and space pieces. Speyer.Technik-Museum.de.Great museum, thanks for pics. Despite the fact that I have visit Germany many times, I never been in this museum. When this global viral madness ends, I'll definitely visit this place.
Once I heard a story from the test pilot about how his crew landed on this short RWY this An-22 which now in the museum’s collection. It was a long time ago, about 20 years ago.
Swell drape!BK Dubow in my bedroom. Looking out the window. At the clouds, floating by, carried by the winds of freedom... lol

Thank you Ties, it's great to sometimes mix up the leathers with some great cloth. A while ago I bought the book I have attached als there are some great air crew clothing combinations, pretty valid to use some items for contemporary life, as you did. Plus, the dimensions don't look too bad on your jacket, I think. And if it's comfy and non-itching, Bäm! Done! Thanks
The patch is an early work of Sean Collins. The jacket is ten years old, and I got it off Ebay... The seller was Barry Lyndon aka Spearhead Militaria aka Godars Inc.
Not sure if they still exist.
Back in the days they were the only option for me to get a budget early model M-41. The jacket is warm, huge for an Asian production, and therefore slightly out of proportion.... The sleeve ends and the waist are rather wide, for example...
Worn with a shirt it is not itchy at all.

Still pretty much a fighter boy drape in my book.Yes, I know... Again. JaDubow...
