They are surprising good for the money. If you get one just a little oversized you can wear it as a shell with a sweater or a packable light weight down jacket under it. Makes for a much more versatile jacket that can be worn in colder as well as warmer temps .
Throw a picture up of yours with the patches if you get chance .
Cheers

Thank you very much!

They do indeed run on the large size. Mine is a size 42 but I could have most probably taken a 40 too. It depends on how snug you want to wear the jacket and what you want to be able to wear underneath it...for the records I usually wear 46 or 44, depending on the cut of the jacket and the lining... according to the guys at History Preservation, they also recommend to go down two sizes from your usual jacket size, so 42 seems appropriate though if you are a regular 46 wearer...

Oops I did it again
Popped this in the washer over the weekend, cold, no soap and no spin. Fleece feels a touch denser, but that could be my imagination and there's a bit more grain on the leather, not a lot though. I'm pleased with the result, no disasters, not a lot of change though either, ah well it made for an interesting couple of days.
Nearly dry, just giving it a try over breakfast

Looks awesome. Eastman? Aero?

Love the fact you keep wearing these jackets seemingly all year round!

todays choice Shawn-5* M422 with BOB DONG USN vest

Pants are PIKE BROTHERS, boots RED WING (obviously), Sweater noname, red splashes on the Sweater are "no 6a" on the menu (Vietnamese sweet-sour soup), and Emma our chinese Lab (brought over from Beijing when i was still working there)

markings are done by JOSH (think some fellas on the Forum know his works)

not as creative as Ties but not bad anyway

sorry for that "sour pickles face" but i had to look straight into the sun ...
