So because I only had a chance to bring a BK Rough Wear A2 with me , I’ve been freezing my ass off out in Montana with temperatures in the 17F to 28F ranges, although today’s a heat wave at 36F.
So I had my wife send me my old commercial flight jacket that I wore many years ago, while actually doing what the jacket was intended for. I’ve posted this one before and I think that if WWII pilots had access to these jackets, there never would have been an A2 or a B-10. It’s a goatskin, shearling lined, with a real (Yes lads a REAL) mouton collar . It’s a LL Bean Shearling flight jacket.

Funny you mentioned that . Had my first ever visit to Cabellas. Picked up a pair of Fleeced lined jeans. They were so toasty that I didn’t want to take them off .@B-Man2 -- I'm surprised you didn't take the opportunity to visit an outfitter to peruse a nice new wool overcoat!

I only know of Pro Bass outlets . I’m sure they do have some .
And Chandlers right … fleece jeans are definitely not in their inventory down there. It’s sort of a catch 22. You have to go to a store in a cold area of the country to buy them , but you freeze your ass off getting there

Same umbrella ownership, I think -- but still separate stores.
Got a Bass nearby here, but the closest Cabela's is pretty new to the area and a bit of a drive.
OTOH -- there are 4 Walmarts within spitting distance.
Still, probably not a lot of fleece-lined jeans sold at any store in Burt's neighborhood.

Yeah, can’t remember which bought which but they changed a few years back. I think our bass pro changed to cabellas. Haven’t been there in years. Seems to be so much stuff in there yet I always left empty handed.
