Friggin top tier AN-J3 jacket that looks great !!
Blackbxr,
That's quite a photo. Did you arrive with thousands and leave with tons of jackets, or leave disappointed and frustrated?
Bronson doesn't have any size 44 B-10s in stock, and the one cat on ebay who has them, has a 78% approval rating.
I see that Five Star makes B-10s.
Has any of our gang got(ten)/bought(ten?) a B-10 from Five? Except for the synthetic used for the fur collar, I've been very happy with their leather jackets.
All thoughts will be much appreciated.
Cheers.
Jack
Which C Class is that? This is me flying back from Paris on Saturday. Had an amzing journey. I found that the GW Aero was the ideal jacket for Europe in the fall and for flying. Before this I had worn a G-1 type on all my Europe trips- but I found that the collar became uncomfortable after hours of use. The A-2 was completely comfortable all the time except for the 80 degree weather in Greece.
I guess my reappearance will be greeted by some like that of a possibly rabid dog...
(I know I give myself way too much credit...)

United Polaris. A long line of luck and coincidences led me to that little bit of flying heaven.Which C Class is that?
Oh hell, that original Monarch is a stunner. I also spy the first attempt at Natalie's Pancho Barnes jacket. Really great style, just a bit too small for her. With that in mind Chandler maybe head to the sales section on johns site, some stunning sheepskins for sale,
oh and some A-2’s
That B-6 is nice. I guess I could go as Terry Lee's C.O. (what was his name?*).With that in mind Chandler maybe head to the sales section on johns site, some stunning sheepskins for sale,
oh and some A-2’s
Pretty sure it was a D-1. IIRC, his back story was that he was a mechanic who had gone along as an observer on one mission and got shot down.Beat it up and go as Sgt. Carter. (or was that a D-1?)
Somebody had a B-6 -- Kinchloe?Pretty sure it was a D-1. IIRC, his back story was that he was a mechanic who had gone along as an observer on one mission and got shot down.
More pics of the jacket... and nice moustache by the wayJust came back from dog walk 6c in Madrid, wearing the sheepskin D1 style jacket, found out after all this time it's a early 50 s French air force jacket, pretty hard to find I believe, they modelled them, designed them on the American D1View attachment 125397
