Ok thanks. I’ll have to do some more research. Now I’m not sure what they should actually look like.
Same as the „NOS“ ones… but more sturdy.. some even with a Bulova, Hamilton, Elgin or Waltham on the buckle..
and surely no loose thread or funny stiching.

A guy that I know from a local watch collector's club always refers to his 8" wrists as "man sized" (I guess mine are supposed to be girl sized). I just don't have the heart to correct him by telling him that his are technically "chronic masturbator" sized wrists.
You got me curious so I measured mine. 7 for my watch wrist and 7.5 for my hoisting and tossing wrist ;)

I’m not sure about overseas, but NOS straps are widely available in North America. But with exchange and shipping they’re getting pricey. And if you’re working on your cars and what not, the NOS straps don’t last long. Not sure if it’s the type of material or the age. This is mine after around 6 to 8 months. Hi , If I may , I get a praesidius a year ago , or so . The spec 2 original canvas 32mm . The straps are very well made , lined with leather , as you can see , the attache ( don't know how to say ) is very practical . Not accurate but a cool modern variation . What ade me choose this model was mostly the 32mm case

There were a few on crapola bay a few weeks ago.. 80+ U$ each… quite rare to find..
But a lot find that pricing „ extortion “.
I don't mind paying for quality original items, but it irritates me when the postage is as much as the item. In almost all cases that just feels wrong.

The seller has no influence on the shipping costs, even if many prospects believe so.
Worse, the seller will be blamed for not having selected the most reliable and best shipping Co, in case something goes wrong. The buyer however is not keen on paying for the „ best „.
Many posts on VLJ about those „ discrepancies „ already
