An A-1 might be an appropriate choice. Anything older would be a repro WWI down below your butt type of jacket.

Thanks Burt. That was my thought as well. Either an A-1 or 37J1. I just wish that the 37J1 repros were easier to find in capeskin. I think that I've only seen one pre-owned 37J1 in capeskin, in my size, during the last two years.
