Still making these? I think I would like your price better than Eastman.
Yes still making, these are fully part of our range now and not going anywhere, they are proving to be very popular. We are very happy with all the details on them. Looking forward to seeing well worn examples once they have taken on patina.

For my knowledge, what is the purpose of the torso buckle which is not present on all you photos ?

From what I’ve read, it was supposedly used to keep one side of the collar in place, by buckling down one of the collar straps.
In later B-3s, press buttons were added to the chest to hold the collar down.
In an open cockpit airplane, the last thing you want is your collar flapping in your face!
