VLJ software upgrade

On my iPhone, when I hit “reply”, there is no text box generated to type into. I have to work around it by replying to the post before mine and deleting the quote.

Refresh the page when that happens. It's because of the page not fully loading, likely due to DNS issues. The host has done all they know to do right now, and expect the issues will resolve themselves by next week. I'm going to talk with some friends and see if we can come up with anything else I can do.

Hi, really appreciate all the support Nathan and it must be frustrating with teething troubles. So i hardly dare mention, but since the update my Android hesitates when loading the site taking several minutes across all the browsers I have installed. Also replying to threads takes a few minutes to load the reply box. On my PC I don't seem to have any problems.

Just now I was able to load the site and post but I'm half expecting to be kicked off again and have no access in a moment.

Sorry to add to the problems but I use my IPhone for all VLJ exchanges and I can only access the VLJ website from my home WiFi system or a secondary WIFi hot spot when I’m outside of my home . I cannot access the server on my 4G network when I’m not connected to a WIFI connection.

My problems remain the same, every entrance to forum for me is a miracle. I wish I could be here as often as before. I have fast Internet, no problems with the provider, a great computer, all sites except this don't give me any trouble. I also can't log in from my smartphone.
I hope someday this problem will be solved.

Propagation takes time, but I think some should look at your links...

Well I'm hoping that things might be on the up. My post before was using my phone and this one using the laptop and with both I connected to VLJ straight off the bat.

Fingers crossed it's sorted now or at least on its way.

Thought that my problem was solved but I’m still not accessing the forum with my 4 G network as I could prior to the upgrade.

Same situation as @Brettafett here, sometimes I simply can't access the VLJ completely.
Chrome throws up a white page and: 'DNS_probe_finished_nxdomain'.
Not sure how helpful that might me, but thanks for all the work your putting in.
No criticism whatsoever, simply letting you know!

Yeah I thought it had been fixed as with my posting above. 30 seconds after posting that, I got kicked off and couldn't access VLJ again until now, so another 24 hours of no connection.

Sorry Nathan but there must be something seriously screwy with the new upgrade if it's continuing to cause this much trouble for quite a few members.
