I'd say it is ugly (in my opinion, really don't like late production squicky G1 jackets with synthetic collar fur) and way too pricey.

You can get great G1 especially in size 40 in around half price of this one. If you are looking for one from end of 60's in very good condition let me know

The last G1 i "shot" on "the bay" 3 days ago was 60.- !!!! bucks. It's a BRILL like the one you posted but manufactured in 1975 so 7 yrs earlier than the one you've been asking for.

Your size is easier to get than the 46 i got so - like @Erwin pointed out - you should get a "white label" BRILL BROs in size 40 for much less than 250.- USD
