Pretty much all the intermediaries ultimately work the same way: they have a website that essentially translates Taobao into English (or your local language? Not sure on that point), and when you buy through their website, the item gets shipped to their warehouse in China. You then have to pay a second time, this time the cost of shipping from their warehouse to your mailing address. I don’t know what import duties will be like, but I do know that the other intermediary people have been using, Superbuy, lets you choose what cost/value you want them to declare on the customs form. That might be the way to go for you.

Ok. English works for me.
I'm using Stackry when buying in US. Also let me put the value on the item and decide what shipping I prefer.
In that case, Superbuy might be more interesting for us EU shoppers.
It's the buying through their website that wasn't clear.

Did you use the DHL shipping option? If so, what was the approximate additional cost for shipping on your tanker?

Yep, and it was about $60. The jacket was still about half the price of comparable options. It might be worth looking at cheaper shipping options, provided they’re still secure.

Thanks Jan. I have zero reservations about paying $60-$80 for shipping as long as it's through DHL. After what happened to Greg, I'd likely go that route.

I almost purchased a B-10 a few days ago, but was concerned about paying for the jacket in advance of receiving the separate shipping charges.

I don't know how the materials compare, but based on photos alone I'm just not seeing a huge difference between it and RMC's N-3A which is $2,500. It completely blows Bronson's N-3A away.

Luke, materials have no problem , use real ful and sheepskin on hood , etc.

The questionable part is some details, what I do know is waist drew cord not set up correctly. One or two DOT buttons may not setup properly.
If you have resource to fix those, then no big deal.

PS didn’t see any of their nylon products in person. I bought cotton outshell jackets.

I used CSSBuy and Superbuy - both worked great (shipping N-1 to germany was about 50-60 EUR via DHL), pretty easy to use and I never had trouble with either of them.
