Can any of you guys find a phone # to UK customs for me?I need to at least try to find out why my jacket is stuck there.CJ.

Have you sent something to someone in the UK and it is stuck going in or are you trying to get something out ?

It makes a difference to www.customs.hmrc.gov.uk

That's the number they gave on one of their sites, appears to be a London number, they also list an 0845 number for general enquiries but I don't think you can dial that from overseas..I have tried dialling that number I gave and it has a constant engaged signal (typical of UK Govt departments!), they should have had a quiet time the past week with no flights coming in!

Well I didn't know that David ! I thought 044 was for the UK from anywhere in the world. I'm sure it was from Canada, Philippines, France and Switzerland. I'm confused !

... + is for the international access, 44 is the country code for UK, so from many countries 044 will be correct.

From NZ it's 0044, from USA 01144.
