I also saw a jacket on eBay that I own.... Lots of scammers from Japan currently on eBay, yeah tread carefully!

Its possible Jonny, lets face it, eBay is huge and practically impossible to manage in a granular approach. Like Nickb123 mentioned, the offending sellers couldn't be bothered with rules.
