Wow, and we thought they used any old hide for WWII jackets- this one looks like someone went at the poor lamb it came from with a scourge...

If it says "authentic" on the liner, it MUST be authentic. I'd pay $9999 for, tops.

Well, at least he didn't put in a start bid of $ 299.00. If the truth be known, I probably have a couple of these lambskin jackets stashed in my pile of flight jackets. Haven't worn one since I started reading this forum... :oops: Now I'm ashamed to admit that I own them. :roll: Kewl thing is, in the crowd I hang with, most of the blokes couldn't tell horse from lamb and Good Wear from Avirex...it's just a leather jacket to them. :lol:

This is clearly a newly discovered A2 contractor, working in the 1930s in Korea. ;) $10K seems cheap for such a rare item. We must use the guy's decription as a model for all future auctions. :lol:
