The Max Show 2025, September 18-21, York Pennsylvania.

Well the “Show of Shows” is now in our rear view mirror, but if you missed it, don’t be disappointed, because “The Max Show” another military show sponsored by the Ohio Valley Military Society, is scheduled for September 18-20 in York Pennsylvania. The Max show is a smaller show than the Show of Shows with approximately 900 tables compared to 2000 at the SOS’s, however it’s a show where you’re sure to find something of interest.
Jan and I have been discussing the possibility of meeting up at this show and we thought that we’d see if any of you might be interested. I would suggest that since this is not going to be as massive as the Show of Shows which is recognized globally as being one of the biggest Military Shows in the world, that those of us who live outside of the U.S. consider attending the Show of Shows next year, rather that the Max Show next September. So here’s the info on the Max Show, take a look at it and let either Jan or I know if you might like to attend .

For those of you who are not familiar with the area around York PA … Middletown PA the original home of Rough Wear Leather manufacturing is located in close proximity to York PA. Jan and I both agree that this is the “Ground Zero” area where we might just find some vintage Rough Wear coats or at least talk to some people who’s grand parents or great grandparents may have worked at the RW factory. So we’ll be taking in the show as well as searching some flea markets and vintage close shops. Never can tell what you’ll find !
