I have picked up Paul Simonon and later Topper Headon in the Cab. Both very dapper dressers and really polite. Topper was telling me that The Clash was a very small part of his life after he was fired from the band

he lost his way for many years but was now sober. Can’t remember what I was talking to Paul about. An unwritten rule for Cabbies is you don’t talk to them about the fame unless they want to. Weather, traffic, telly all good...Sex, drugs, Rock n Roll is a no no.
Both got a free fare as a Thankyou.

We did lots of business wiuth Chris Farlowe over the years 75-84 but i'm 99% sure the video was shot in The Quartermasters Stores behind Angel tube station, a much bigger operation than Chris had and first choice at the time for Film companies
