quite a strange version, never seen one like that. In any case, it is not a paratrooper

Demitry , what I learned was, it is Okzk-D , issued to paratrooper before Mabuta.

OKZK-D - this jacket had a special impregnation and was part of the kit for protection against chemical weapons and toxic substances. The paratroopers almost never wore it (sometimes for training - does not count)
