Thanks for the reminder Ken, I'm sure there were more images in the series, I will still have them on a hard drive somewhere if I find them I'll add here. While we are on the subject of A2 in Army service here is a 1944 Press Photo of Lt Gen Lucian Truscott Commanding General of Sixth Corps.

His PP jacket shows up in several pics. It usually looks much more like a MC jacket with A-2 pockets IMO.
