The hide is in excellent nick the only flipside is the wear to the collar lining and the few nips on the cuffs.

Nice jacket just surplus to requirements with a GW goat on the way.

I was reviewing the measurements, the collar to end of waist knit was a little under 24".
Is this jacket short bodied ? For me that's not a bad thing. I acquired a sz 40 Sefton with similar measurements as your jacket that fit great and it was sized short all around except for the shoulders and chest. I have a sz42 RMJ, it's tight in the armpits and a little long in the body. It's a painted display jacket, so fit wasn't all that important since it wasn't going to be worn much.

The back length sizing seems about average, it's between 23.75" and 24". Out of all the A-2's that have passed through my hands, all repros, only 1 has been over 24". All the others fluctuate between 23.5" and 24" so I assume that this is a general length size. At 6' tall it suits me right, sitting nicely over my Levis waistband.

Go on Couchy make me an offer, I dare you.

I consider to take a chance on this one. I guess it's exactly my size for an A-2. Is the zipper in a proper condition? No loose ends at the bottom and in good workin order?
I assume cuffs and waistband are in good condition as well.

The zipper is perfect, works fine and looks dandy.

The cuffs have 3 nips in them that could do with a stitch or two nothing major. The waistband has had 2 tiny repairs in the past.
