Removal of 'Artwork'

Sorry but I don't like any paint or any decoration on leather. I occasionally see jackets for sale that I would otherwise buy.
Is there a reliable method of removing paint ? The main issues are -
1. Damaging the leather surface.
2. Traces of paint in the grain.

I think modern acrylics would be the most resistant to solvents.
Thanks

I don’t know of any substance that will remove prior paint work without having to strip the entire finish off the leather and refinishing the jacket . Otherwise there will be a shadow of the original paint in the leather.

yes, strip and re-dye, very easy and successful with small artwork, can be a challenge with large art on back.
