Yes its a genuine contract. Here's the link to the thread where it is being discussed. The label has been mistaken for a pre-war one due to the unusual design. Jackets from this 1942 contract do appear on ebay from time to time and they have been discussed at least twice before on the forum. They are certainly strange looking A2s.
