B-17 43-38379 'Margie', 571st Bomb Squadron, 91st Bomb Group

Actually that was taken by Terry Flemming's father who was with the 91st BG H, stationed at Bassingbourn. At the time 'Margie was with the 323rd Bomb Sqdn, 91st BG H having been transferred from the 390th BG H 571st Bomb Squadron who were at Framlingham / Parham. Nose art was by Cpl Tony Starcer who's work adorned so many of the 91st's aircraft.
