Questions about M65 Field Pants.

I'm fit just don't like that pattern for grandpa's - with a high rise, just my personal opinion. For some people it can be cool, what is a great thing people can enjoy high or lower raise Absolutely agree that for chubby people this can be not comfortable, or even hard to fit in. Like I indicated previously M65's were super comfy for skateboarding but only during a colder seasons.

I found that these M51s from the last production run - from 1963 with a "BDU" style buttons had a bit lower raise and were fading into very nice OG107 shade. But I owned only one pair and cannot say if this was an aberration or pattern was adjusted. Haven't seen a MIL-Spec for late production M51.

You could of course just wear high rise M51 low

It seems there is quite some variation in M51 and M65 . It was listed wrongly, I believe that a good information can be hidden in the revision E from 1963 for the egarding update, haven't seen this yet. I was referring to my old M51s from the 1963 batch.
