Gents,
While sorting the files on my old computer I found several photos of one A2.
My friend wanted to buy this jacket a few years ago, but for a number of reasons the deal did not take place and the fate of this jacket is now unknown.
The seller lived near one of the military airfields and this jacket probably belonged to someone from his family, a Soviet military pilot or aircraft technician.
The knitwear and lining have been replaced, the zipper has been replaced with zipper from a Soviet flight jacket.

I'd be interested in the opinion of experts what it could be, it looks like an old original A2.

Heres seller's pictures, thats all I have.

Looks original to me. It's a shame we don't have any pictures of the collar down. The pockets look to me like either a Monarch or a Perry. What I can see of the collar seems more likely to be a Perry. That would be my vote. That would also make sense in light of the zipper - imo, a Perry would be more likely to need a replacement zipper (they originally had Conmars and Crowns) than a Monarch (Talons only).

Yes, I'll go with a Perry, possibly even a 1756.
One concern with the Perry, is that its missing the box stitch in the top corners of the pockets, otherwise a number of details scream Perry..
But we all know thats not a deal-breaker, in wartime production.
