Aero sells mostly vintage style civilian jackets and their military repros are a smaller part of their range.

I suspect he is still connected with BK and by only making a standard product at a standard price he's effectively their discount range. He used to be on the FL a lot at one time until he wound so many people up and got himself banned. He does know his leather but he also likes to show off a bit too much.

This seems to be the key factor when individuals get shown the door from VLJ. No filter and an inability to read the room.
One good point. Platon never defrauded anyone. Which is about as low as you can get....
