Will you be able to claim a tax deduction if you end up losing money on all these transactions? The market for jackets now is much softer than it was a few years ago. It seems like this is all going to be a mess. It would have made more sense to do this for sellers that have ebay stores, where this is their main line of business, not for people who collect and trade as a hobby.
