Original RFC Coat... Help

I am hoping someone here can give a little advice, I have been offered an RFC flying coat that would appear to be all original in a smallish size, I have no idea of what the value of such an item should be, and to be fair nor has the vendor..
The picture posted is not of the jacket concerned but is identical in all aspects that I can see.

If any one can give some advice, particularly on value I would obviously be very grateful.

Lovely motoring coat. Not sure just how you can authenticate it's use with the RFC (which would impact on value). Whatever, it's a lovely style especially for open top motoring!! No idea as to value.

Remarkable how these civilian jackets continue to maintain sky high prices when they are (mostly falsely) attributed to the RFC, Luftwaffe etc.
