Original G-1 size 44

I guess, it cannot be hard to get an answer here.
Can someone who owns an Original USN G1 size 44 please post the measurements of the jacket please?
Are there differences in size between makers?

there are significant differences in sizes between makers. also, i have found a lot of variation in measures on the same contract from the same maker. you must rely on measures and less on stated sizes. You should refer to "A Better Fighting Garment" in this forum. this extremely informative post will answer all of your questions

Here's a few:

Brill Bros D-series, size 46
Chest: 57cm
Shoulders: 48.5cm
Sleeves: 68cm
Back: 65cm

Ralph Edwards B-series, size 44
Chest: 60cm
Shoulders: 50cm
Sleeves: 65cm
Back: 66cm

Star Sportswear D-series, size 44
Chest: 59.5cm
Shoulders: 50cm
Sleeve: 64cm
Back: 62cm

and a repro:
Buzz Rickson’s 55J14, size 42
Chest: 58cm
Shoulders: 48cm
Sleeves: 68cm
Back: 64cm

All of these basically fit the same, even with the tag sizes ranging from 42 to 46!

Indeed what I needed, looks like a 44 will do in most cases. Brill Bros being the odd one.
