Old ELC RAF 44

Gone, but not forgotten.
Stop being so polite, Couchy, and ask the seller to ship to Australia .... you know you want to. ;)

I'm amazed its still for sale. Had it been on offer in the UK for this price I would have snapped it up, but taking into account postage and customs its not such a good deal if you live in the UK.

If it were a 46 I would give it a try but I suspect this (from his description) would not work for me. This looks a lot more apealing than the new one you sent over Andrew, plus we don't pay Customs here! Alas, I fear it too teeny.

Money talks Couchy, is he really gonna refuse you just to fill in a customs form?

Get em while you can! These are IMO the best Irvin's made by ELC....... here's the one I got recently off TimP..........

Even with shipping and customs added, that's still an excellent price........ here's mine again, after following the excellent 'Lever Method' where you add 10 years wear in 2 hours.......... ;)

I see it has now sold. Were you the buyer John?
It's all part of a cunning plan ..

And an Eastman Luftwaffe ...

Ah, I get it ... you are going to stockpile all the pre artificially aged examples, until the market realises that they are now unobtainable. ;)

David,
Does nothing escape you ?
Yes the Hartmann was a bargain, but it will probably be too small and therefore be for sale. But not at the price I paid for it.

Tumbling has brought out the grain nicely John, and nubbled the fleece more - it's a good look IMO.

Yes, and it's horse hide.
Look at this one -

I was liking that one, but it turned out to be metric, and to have short arms.

But I see what you mean ..... there's a profit in yours.

What size do you need ?
Why not ask the seller if there is a size label in the jacket. My wife speaks German as a second language, so we could help if you like.

That's very kind, John ... but I'm scared of Eastman jackets, from the measurements they always seem to short in the sleeves.
