Banana Republic catalogs were hand drawn and very cool. They lead me to Willis and Geiger. Both long gone. Though the WG design team (?) are still making clothes

In ’84 I bought a G1 (inspired jacket) jacket made by Schott. Doesn’t fit any longer, but my 19 yr old son wears it. Makes me smile when I see him in it

I sort of remember "Mill Valley" on the tag.

How old is that price tag? I remember BR being pricier than other stores, but not *that* pricey back in the mid 80s!

Maybe my shirt was a gift? From a woman who thought charging something meant she got the item for free. :rolleyes:
