Oh well, over here it's 15 degrees Celcius so A-2 weather. Thing is though that the winters
here are getting warmer. Alomost no snow, temps getting no lower than 0 degrees Celcius
so can forget about wearing heavy shearling around here. I bought an AN-J-4 from Eastman
last year but except for a few realy cold days it was way to warm to wear it comfortably.

Got to wear the B-10 most of the winter from late december to early february, and back to
an A-2.

If the winter weather isn't very cold. Try wearing your sheepskins while driving with all the windows open. It's bracing to say the least when temperatures are around freezing.

It was chilly and windy at Duxford yesterday and I wore an Irvin for the first time since the spring.

How was the flying Andrew? Did you get a chance to speak to Gary E? Miserable !*!*!*!* weather! It's officially 'dullest' summer since records began. Can't be far off the wettest either.......................

Here in North Carolina, its still hotter than two rats fucking in a wool sock, but cooler temps gotta be just around the corner. Early October usually brings us the first of the jacket weather.

I picked up two jackets this summer that I'm really looking forward to wearing for the first time. I bought Clark's '67 Star G-1 and Peter found me a mint condition '70 M-65.

And, hopefully, there will also soon be the Goodwear A-1!

I met up with Robin Mott (Art of the A2) and yes we visited the ELC mobile shop. The Vulcan was awesome, but the flying was disrupted by heavy showers during the second half of the afternoon.

You can't have everything Andrew, amazing aircraft, good flying weather and jacket weather - it just wouldn't be fair.

It's definitely quickly warming up here, but I'm still managing to wear my GW Dubow early and late in the day which is uncommon for this time of year with daytime temps 20-23 deg C (68-low70's). I would classify this past winter as a good one for this region and i'm really stoked to have had over 2 months of wear with the new addition.

Now lookin down the barrel of the next 8 months of T shirt weather.
