Which plane is the part from?
Buccaneer Dmitry
I have some interior pieces... my favorites are the two navigator/ radio operators lamps. Used in B-17G, B-24, and I believe C-47 Skytrain, C-54 Skymaster and C-46 Commando

It was an over hours airframe. Back then they used old fuselages to set fire to in order to practice time to extract training.Damn. I hope the crew ejected successfully?
You won’t be sorry... Trust meMight be time to bite the bullet...
While I sold my last collection some years ago I do still have some original gear around and also tend to keep my eyes open for associated bits and bobs. I picked this up in our local auction this morning. Not in the antiques or specialist militaria, no, it was tucked away amid the dross of the weekly general sale.
View attachment 24883"Hurricane Heroes" by Nicolas Trudgeon, low number in a ruin of 450, signed by 3 BoB pilots:
Wing Commander ROLAND BEAMONT (flew with 87 Squadron in 1940)
Squadron Leader LAWRENCE THOROGOOD (flew with 87 Squadron in 1940)
Group Captain TOM DALTON MORGAN
Bit of a bargain.
That’s really nice. Nick Trudgeon, one of my lecturers when I studied technical illustration at Camborne Tech in the ‘80’s. Lovely bloke, was quite surprised when he became an aviation artist, he was always into trains in those days.
