Mash B-1s

An esteemed member just notified me that Vintage Productions has some Mash B-1s for $58. That's a pretty good deal and from what I have seen(and heard) it's a very accurate repro - woven tag aside.

Dave, I've intended to get one of these ever since you mentioned esteemed member being impressed by them but never got round to it, so this is tempting but from what I can see MASH has them for 5800Y which is basically the same give or take $2? Have I missed something and this is less or is it cheaper postage cos its in the States?

Andrew, I guess the last time I looked it came out to about $78 - $80 USD from the Mash site. Perhaps my memory is failing or the exchange rate was different a year or two ago.

JC has one and an original Zip-a-Bag B-1. Said it's good and he certainly has an eye.

I just think it's likely the best B-1 out there, having never held one, with the exception of the woven label that IMO never existed.

Another trusted source claims HPA obtained their $125 B-1's from Mash or Mash's source but with the correct cheesecloth(washout) label.

Bummer looks like they only got a 7 and 7 1/4; I need a fatboy 7 5/8 or 7 3/4!
