I know I haven't been following to days, but anyway progress photos, it's no longer dry like parchment so that's a good thing and not splitting anymore, progress so far, with Aleens USA leather glue, and leather putty if repaired the tears, when that glue and putty is dry I'll begin fine smoothing it off, blending it in and more oil and colour, next get the zipper in, the old girl is definitely on the mend haha you all saw the state of it when it came, my wife said I'm a miracle worker, well, onwards and upwards, also the two holes you see, I have the pieces to put back, same process
