Is it possible to make knits more elastic (again)?

Mid-brown. From the photo it listing was difficult to accurately understand the exact shade, and I consulted with Larry, indicating which jacket I have. He was kind as usual and said that I needed a mid-brown for ELC Star and it turned out to be 100% the same color that on my Eastman as you can see.

Well, I've followed your example, Dmitry, and messaged Larry to get his advice on what color cuffs to buy for my 1401-P. :)

I've bought quite a few knits from Larry for self sewing, both cuffs and waistbands, and generally find the mid brown to be a good match for many BUT be aware colour shades and actual tightness of the knitting can vary from batch to batch.

To me replacing knits is routine maintenance on hard worn jackets.
