I've got a soft spot for the CC Irvin's but I thinks that's more due to my interest in the history of CC rather than the aesthetic appeal of the jackets themselves. Oddly, in all the film and photos I've seen of Coastal Command I've yet to see anyone wearing one. Plenty of standard Irvin's but no hoodies. Maybe they didn't like them either.
