Irvin Foster jacket

I saw this jacket on Ebay, made by a company Irvin Foster. I have learned that this company made a G1, under the name Irvin B. Foster Sportswear. Does anyone know the style of this jacket? It may be a 50s jacket. I like the style. It is missing a belt that attaches to the side (I have seen another somewhere). It is a nice style jacket for a "driving" jacket.

I wonder if John Chapman can copy this style.
