I'm saying from discussions I've read and photos of Goodwear jackets that early Goodwear jackets, not necessarily Dubow, had small details that were not entirely correct just as early LostWorlds jackets did. Such as snaps.

Okay, I said Dubow as they're the only maker that LW copy. Yes, the jackets from all repro makers are going to evolve over time, but improvements from John are going to be very minor.

I've never seen a LW A-2, but you talk as if they are in the same league as a Good Wear. My understanding from the forums is that they have major discrepancies, such as pattern changes made for comfort, and the use of heavy duty motorcycle jacket grade leather.

Perhaps I'm wrong ... no one else seems bothered.
