HLB Corp were a large contractor for the US Navy. Their M445A jackets often come up for sale suggesting this was a fairly large contract.

I bought this jacket. It looks like it is pretty sturdy. I will get it on Wednesday. I actually bought it to wear it a bit this winter if it is sturdy enough (2 weeks in Pittsburgh might be brutal). It does not display any of the typical weaknesses around the shoulders so i am going to keep my fingers crossed until I receive it

Got the jacket. Perfectly wearable condition with just some minor flaking of the topcoat. The main problem is that again it is too $#@$#$ big for me!!! HLB Corp jackets are huge!!!!. THis one is probably a regular size 44. I guess I need a 38. THe weird thing is that the same jacket made by Monarch is too small for me all the way to 42. I never had aMonarch 44 but I guess it would fit me.

That's a shame. I think the M-445 I bought from you several years back was a Monarch. It was a 40 and tight on me. I'd need a 42 and 38 normally fits me spot on. My HLB B-3 is a 38 and fits like one.
