Ok guys after a bit of too and fro it turns out the jacket was made by either a Italian company or a Spanish company, info is obscure but company was called Areitio, they were around from the early 60's at least and made everything from clothing, leathers and bags, another European company that bit the dust, anyway my lovely wife after a conversation with the seller bought it for me for 30 euros, can't say better than that
