I’ll take an as made WW2 era hands down ! If I remember weren’t the jackets sewn assembly line style ?
Both...very both.I knew this was coming but the problem I have now as this would be my first A2 jacket
I'm torn between the Rough ware and this o what should I do
Total custom size. I’m too big for off the rack. My shoulder to shoulder measurements alone is 24.5 inches.Poughkeepsie is a comfy jacket
Have you gone for any customisations or pretty much off peg?
The original looks redyed. There is a pic of the inside of pocket and its much lighter. The Poughkeepsie has a very nice style. The leather is not quite the same color as the original pictured beside it; it looks somewhat purplish. The example on the Good Wear website is quite a bit more brownish, which would be my preference. I'm very eager to see what the leather really looks like as people start ordering these, especially outdoors.
How does it look when worn?Well gang, as promised here is the first peek at the new FiveStar Poughkeepsie A2 jacket in lovely seal steer hide.
