That's my philosophy about boots or jackets in general . In this case , for replacements knitts I've decided to get down and try 5* that is not shit at all , imo . Don't want to spend 200€ on a jacket that I paid 300€ just to replace the knits. Mid level quality is enough in my mind . I have for example a pair of 1942 jump boots in the work , make over the footbed and soles , this time I had to put my money on the table without negociate for it . It's a question of prorities ; I choose mine.As always, it comes to the same and only conclusion… you only get what you pay for… pay peanuts… get monkeys… or at best .. shells..
