Favorite piece in everyone’s collection?

As temperatures are mostly below zero or in single digits above zero, I am basically living in this jacket when I go out.m

If it's warmer, it's either my new A-2 or my M-422a or G-1....

My Irvin love has condemned other nice jackets like my Deck Jackets or my B-6 to closet queens somewhat, which is a potty as these are great cold weather jackets as well....

Agreed. It’s an unusually thin leather. I have hopes with GW. He’s got his mind on details like that, and a bunch of tanneries to draw on.

He is definitely favoring thinner leather these days.

The favorite piece in my collection is my 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment Tribute A2 jacket. The 507th PIR was attached to the 82nd Airborne Division during WWII. The jacket is a Good Wear Aero 21996 .

I`m not a collector, but i have a thing for french cyclist jackets, i own three of them. My favourite jacket is by far this 60s or 70s model, that i wear almost daily. When i got it, it was missing the typical buckle, so i replaced it with a scottish girl scouts belt buckle....

I am a fan of hardware and this one has a nice Crown.

Yeah the Crown zipper is a nice touch , little more swanky than a Talon even if not as robust

Clever engineering combined with aesthetics, it's a statement in itself. But they can be a bit hard to engage leading in tearing at the insertion pin.

Even the later models were complex and different, I like them all.

My favourite piece would have to be my 60's vintage Stagg leather "Brando" jacket....a thick but not overly heavy cowskin with the lace up sides and a "3 popper" lapel
