European, continental, Italian leather,

Here in Madrid Spain we see a lot of European, Italian leather jackets for very little money on vintage buy sell sites I like this one for example, Italian, 40 euros, love the colour, not military, but A2 styled, I don't think 40 euros breaks the bank too much

For 40€…. You can start your own export business shipping jackets like that to the US . The leather in that looks sweet, and I’m sure that there are several different styles to choose from. At those prices you’d beat all of the lower end manufacturers by a mile . Buy them for 40€ and sell them for 150€ . Establish some contacts with the manufacturers and entice them into making styles that you know will sell.
Just thinking outside the box a little.;)

Burt it's unreal eh, I've had a few Italian leather jackets past and they were nice, this though is a one off on a secondhand vintage site, jeez at that price I'd be buying them all day haha the style isn't bad either, I keep a sharp eye out though, here in Madrid, fashion and vintage is big business, you wouldn't believe how many styles you see, I wouldn't pay vintage prices in the city though, I've wanted a russet jacket for a while, this looks nice fitting and a good brown/red

The color and the leather looks awesome and Spain is known for its quality leather. I’m surprised that some of the US manufacturers don’t obtain their leather from Tanneries located in Spain .

Absolutely Burt spot on, Spain has awesome leather and famous for boots and handbags, belts a nice deep red, Spain should have made a line on flight jackets, their leather products can be expensive though.

The shown jacket has a "made in italy" tag, not spain manufactured. Nevertheless a bargain and looks not too bad.
Yes I originally posted Italian leather, we just digressed onto the merits of Spanish leather haha but yes, site it's on is for Spanish and Italian sellers only, your correct though, it's not bad, it's nearly there, and looking at the maker label a originally pricey jacket, bang for buck bargain, I'm sorely tempted haha

Another example from that site, shearling jacket, made by a company called Calafate aviation, I've seen that maker on eBay.com asking for hundreds some sellers, this, 50 euros, doesn't make sense, it's a small mind,
