I think the seller is unaware this is a 70s jacket. I thought I'd post this in case anyone here thinks they are buying an original from the war.

Thanks for this. Correct link now. The seller is very new to Ebay. Looks like he used friends and family to "buy" from him. There is one bid on this jacket, a newby with one positive feedback-very suspicious! :roll:

Seller has seen sense and pulled it.

It's a good thing he pulled it. It looks very much like an old Cockpit repro called the 100 mission jacket or something like that. It was made all beat up to begin with. Check out the handwarmer pockets.

Finally he has taken advice and realised its not a WW2 jacket. Perhaps hew had been reported to Ebay as well, but they are pretty spineless when dealing with such matters.
