Determination of brand of A2

In "Gear Up" there is this photo of four guys ("cadets in new A2s" or so the caption says). What brand are these guys wearing folks? in the pic in the book there are two other cadets, but the parts that we use to deduct what brand they are wearing (collar, pockets) are not visible).
My amateur guess would be Dubow for the guy on the right, the guy on the left: strangely straight pocket flap, large pointy collar, stitching around the sleeve-end near the cuff ...??

And the jackets do look new, don't they: hardly a crease on the sleeves! No "graining" to speak of.. tantalising.

AN-J-3 or a private purchase jacket ? Note the inside windflap.

That's gotta be a private purchase on the left; In addition to the weird collar, I've never seen an A-2 with pocket flaps like those. They're like post-55J14 G-1 flaps in their...shapelessness.
