The red wool ones are horrible IMO

This is the sort of uneven chestnut hue on my old 1944 dated jacket that repro makers can't seem to nail...

I agree Andrew, the red fleece as John L. says is awful. Spent 2 years sun bleaching my "ELC 42" to a sort of ginger colour which is as good as its going to get.
