Crush caps?

Anyone knows who sells the cheapest (but not crappiest) crush cap?

You can pick up a cheap repro on ebay or a quality one from Diamond Dave as David says. Eastman sell them in the UK.

The What Price glory ones come up quite affordable, less bespoke without being trash. Diamond Daves caps ROCK. not cheap but as good as you will ever find

I think that Dave`s crushers are the best. The WPG crusher is reasonably priced, but it looks very tall at the front.........................Is that just from the angle it has been photographed from?

The eagle on the eastman is HUGE.
The WPG is not cheap

I had in mind the US Wings version, it's cheap.

What do you think? Too high in the front?

Well in that case ...

It is too high, but you may as well go for the US Wings.

I got mine at Kaufman's Army Navy here in NY, while admittedly it was a last minute purchase. I paid $90 for mine, though at the time I was indeed shopping for something that was accurate but wouldn't break the bank. (hell, I'm a girl, I can't wear it all the time unless it's Halloween or a fantastic party aka New Year's!)

The high temple was something I grew to hate within 20 minutes. It's not something I enjoy. And, to be honest, it's not a true Crusher. I mean, sure, I can throw it under a bus and hope it wears well - but the feel of it? It's just not meant for that kind of wear and tear. Which as I understand, the originals were. After all, you were supposed to be able to roll 'em up and put them in a pocket.

Just my two cents on remakes that aren't the industry standard for discerning buffs!

If you want a "Crusher", you have to go a Diamond Flighter. If you want a visor with the stiffener removed try anything else..

The money you spend will be forgotten when you put it on. Measure up and let Dave do the rest. The ONLY way you can improve is
get an original Visor Eagle...$20+ on eBay..You do not want to spend twice...or three times..then go with what those in the know suggest!!

Hit Dave up, he may have a trial or return on hand...??
