I've gone back though the file, unfortunately we don't have "before" pic but according to the docs we only replaced one half of the back collar.
To be honest I'm not sure which half we replaced and which is original. Bit of the old collar sticking out of the pocket

I’d bet cash money the customer himself couldn’t tell you.Looks great to me. Hard to see why customer was not pleased. Anyway.
I’m guessing the customer got the bill and wasn’t happy with that, and thought the best way to mitigate it was to complain about the workI’d bet cash money the customer himself couldn’t tell you.
