Collar trim material used on B15 jackets

Hope this is what you would expect to see .
Thrre is a very small spot of "balding" that i had never noticed before , until tonight

The terminology used was "Beaver Lamb" Traslated from sales pitch that means Sheepskin/Mouton dyed to look like (the more expensive) Beaver Fur
Used Beaver Lamb fur coats make great donors, cheap on ebay too, several repro makers (Aero & Goodwear at least included) used this method in the start up days

Ken , i actually have contract details for "beaver lamb " suppliers :)

Looking again , there is a difference in OD shade between the collar and main body of the jacket . :(

Did the burn test today on a tiny piece of the "mouton" from the collar .
Im pleased to report it burnt and went to ash ! with that horrible burnt hair smell !
