They didn’t have my size in the true khaki , only in the khaki green. Pulled the trigger will report back on how the color is, if it’s too dark for my liking, I will return it! Keep y’all posted , i usually don’t send photos of my Dong but for you guys I will.

Received my dong tanker in khaki “green”. Overall the jacket is nice and heavy has some heft to it. Smells like an old plano tacklebox, the color looks like it will age nicely, the knits are a little dark for my liking but I’ll live. The lining is wool and is some sort of dark mustardish color, again not my liking but luckily it’s only the lining. I’m gonna give it a cold wash to get rid of the smell. I’m normally a 41-42 chest I ordered a 44 and it fits great enough room to layer.

Take a look at my tanker in that thread to get an idea of what's that matter behind the different colors you see on the repro market.
Sure there were differences in the original od color back in ww2 but it also has to do with use and fading
